Jabez Home Care is always seeking Full or Part Time caregivers to work in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach areas.
Applications are taken on Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm 

Requirements

REQUIRED
  • Level 2 Livescan Background Screening Check
  • Resume
  • License or Certificate 
  • 2 letters of reference
  • Malpractice Insurance 
  • Auto Insurance 
  • Auto Registration
REQUIRED IDS
  • Driver’s License or ID Card
  • American Passport or Permanent Resident Card
  • Employment Authorization Card
  • Voter’s Registration 
  • Social Security Card
REQUIRED CEUs
  • CPR Card 
  • HIV/AIDS Certificate
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • HIPAA certificate
  • Domestic Violence Certificate
  • Alzheimers Certificate
  • Coronavirus Certificate
  • Assisting with Self Medication Certificate
  • RN and LPNs will require a few additional CEUs
  • Annual Physical (Must be done within past six (6) months and state that applicant is “free of communicable diseases”)
