Jabez Home Care caregivers will:

• Meet the client at their home/facility

• Prepare client for the trip

• Assist the client to their vehicle or that of a third party provider

• Help the client into the desired location

• Care for the client during the visit

• Help the client back into the vehicle

• Accompany them back to their home or facility
